It is expected that "Hagupit" will move northward at a speed of 25-30 kilometers per hour, and its intensity will gradually weaken.

  At around 3:30 on August 4, "Hagupit" landed on the coast of Yueqing, Zhejiang, with a maximum wind force of 13 (38 m/s) near the center and a minimum air pressure of 970 hPa. During the nearly 17 hours of the typhoon's stay, many parts of the province were greeted with raging winds and heavy rain.

  Affected by "Hagupit", from 15:00 to 18:00 on the 4th, there were 9-11 (individually 12) gusts on the coastal waters and coastal areas of Zhejiang. The larger ones were Daishan Bridge Mountain 12 (33.2m/s), Shengsi Xugong Island Level 11 (32m/s). There were heavy to heavy rains in most areas of Jinhua, northwestern Taizhou, and southern Shaoxing, including heavy rains in Jinhua, and thundershowers in Quzhou, northern Lishui and parts of Hangzhou.

  According to statistics from the Meteorological Department, from 8:00 on the 3rd to 17:00 on the 4th, the area rainfall in Zhejiang Province reached 44.2 mm. The cities with larger rainfall were 132.7 mm in Wenzhou and 109.6 mm in Taizhou. In terms of accumulated rainfall, one station exceeded 500 mm. 25 stations exceeded 300 mm, 105 stations exceeded 250 mm, 219 stations exceeded 200 mm, and 345 stations exceeded 150 mm. The maximum rainfall was 544.9 mm in Longxi Rantou, Yueqing.

  Affected by the follow-up of "Hagupit", it is estimated that there will be gusts of magnitude 9-11 on the coastal waters of Zhejiang and Hangzhou Bay on the night of the 4th, and gusts of magnitude 7-9 in parts of northern Zhejiang.
