The four coaches of "The Voice Kids" 2020 - Thomas Braut / Bureau 233 / ITV Studios France / TF1

The little ones take the place of the big ones. While the final of The Voice was broadcast last June on TF1, the “Kids” version of the show is already back on the air. To discover the blind auditions of young candidates aged 8 to 15, you will have to wait until Saturday, August 22 from 9:05 p.m. A small change in programming should be noted since for the last two years, the program was aired on Friday evenings.

To find novelties in this seventh season, it will be necessary to look on the side of the jury. Jenifer, Soprano and Patrick Fiori have all decided to come back, but Amel Bent has hung up her crampons to devote herself to the original version of the program. The singer is replaced by an artist who knows the house well, namely Kendji Girac, winner of season 3. It is the first time in the history of the show that a former talent passes to the other side of the chair. Nikos Aliagas and Karine Ferri, meanwhile, remain in the animation.

Help for the battles

During blind auditions, the jury will be able to press the “block” button, already in place last year, in order to prevent one of his little comrades from turning on a talent. A mechanism that will be possible to trigger only once during the entire duration of this phase of the game.

Since unity is strength, the four members of the jury will be supported by a celebrity during the battles phase. During the coaching sessions, Soprano will be accompanied by Dadju, Jenifer will count on Mr. Pokora, Patrick Fiori will call on Michaël Youn and Kendji Girac will be alongside Vianney.
