  According to the website of the Ministry of Emergency Management, at 14:00 on August 3, the fourth typhoon "Hagupit" of this year intensified to a typhoon level. It landed on the coast from Wenling, Zhejiang to Fuding, Fujian in the early morning of the 4th. After landing, it will gradually turn to the north to move.
