  In the early morning of the 4th, this year's No. 4 typhoon "Hagupi" made landfall on the coast of Yueqing, Zhejiang, and then weakened. The Meteorological Department predicts that “Hagupit” will pass through Zhejiang and Jiangsu successively, and its residual low pressure will “go out to sea” from Jiangsu in the early morning of the 5th.
