The maximum wind force near the center is 13 (38 m/s), and the minimum pressure in the center is 970 hPa.

  According to the Wenzhou Meteorological Bureau, after landing, Typhoon Hagupit moved north to west, passing through Yueqing and Yongjia. Affected by the "Hagupit", it is expected that the average rainfall in Wenzhou City will be 40-80 mm in the follow-up period (from 3 to 20 o'clock on the 4th), with 80-120 mm in the northern mountainous area.
