I didn't sleep at one or two o'clock, maybe it stopped a bit. Then after two o'clock it was very windy and I couldn't sleep. The wind outside was blowing trees, and rain hit the windows. The sound was so noisy that the children were woken up. It may come at three in the morning, and the (wind) is getting stronger and stronger. They are all moving goods in the store now, and I am afraid that things that will be charged may be overwhelmed.

In our building, the damage was mainly on the roof, and all fire doors were blown out. All including the express room of the building have been knocked down. The loss was pretty serious. Here, because the wind is particularly strong, many owners report that there is a lot of water in the bay window. Some homes use pots to pick them up there, and some balconies have deep water.

[Explanation] It is reported that the local area is stepping up flood drainage operations, and it is expected that the river level will not continue to rise. As of press time, some of the stagnant water in the city has been eliminated.

After three o'clock in the morning (typhoon) landed, wind and rain continued. After nine o'clock, the water accumulation on several main roads in the entire jurisdiction is more serious. In order to prevent secondary disasters, our electric power department carried out power cuts for the corresponding areas. It is estimated that it will take nearly two hours to drain the water, and the (water level) will gradually drain.
