The qualification certificates of Tianjin-Hebei have the same effect as the certificates issued by Beijing in the fields of job title promotion, job recruitment, talent introduction, training and selection, and service guarantee in Beijing.

　　According to reports, all professional and technical talents who have established human labor relations with Beijing state-owned enterprises and institutions, non-public economic organizations, social organizations, etc., include talents from Hong Kong, Macau and Taiwan, foreign talents holding foreign work permits in China, and in Freelance professional and technical personnel who have worked in Beijing for more than one year, regardless of nationality, household registration, region, file, etc., can apply for Beijing title review.
