Here are 3 habits that help relieve back pain:

1- Maintain good posture

The British National Health Service "NHS" advises people "to support back jobs." To relieve pain, make sure your knees are slightly below your hips while sitting.

Remember, do not stretch your legs while working at the desk, as this can contribute to problems related to the posture. Any computer screen right in front of you, should be an arm away.

It is best to place the top of the computer screen almost at eye level, making sure to change the sitting position as much as possible, i.e. taking a regular break every hour, by walking around the workplace.

2- Stretching

Staying in one place for a long time - whether you are standing, sitting, or lying down - is not good for your back. To relieve any pain associated with inactivity, the best step is to extend your limbs.

Symptoms of mild back pain may include short and severe pain, mild muscle pain, stiffness, or poor range of movement.

To do a good stretch, sit on the floor or a chair with the legs straight in front of you. Apply the torsion position for up to 30 seconds, then return to the center and repeat on the other side.

3- Regular exercise in the middle

A regular strength training system can reduce the risk of back injuries.
