At the same time, confirmed patients who have been discharged from the hospital and asymptomatic infections who have been released from medical observation will continue to have medical observation for no less than 14 days and regular follow-up visits.

  At present, our treatment of severe patients is strictly in accordance with the "New Coronary Pneumonia (COVID-19) Diagnosis and Treatment Plan" (Seventh Edition) guidelines. After treatment, the patient's vital signs were stable and clinical symptoms were reduced; the respiratory rate and oxygen saturation were significantly improved; the lung imaging lesions were significantly absorbed, and the patient could be transformed from severe to normal. At present, a total of 12 cases of severe patients have been converted to normal.

  [Explanation] According to the notification, from 0:00 to 24:00 on July 30, 3 new confirmed cases were cured and discharged from hospital in Urumqi, and 5 new cases of asymptomatic infection were released from medical observation. 2 cases were severely transformed into common type. From 0:00 on July 15 to 24:00 on July 30, a total of 9 confirmed cases were cured and discharged, and 9 cases of asymptomatic infection were released from medical observation.

  Lu Chen said that the currently cured and discharged patients are assessed in strict accordance with the "New Coronary Pneumonia Diagnosis and Treatment Plan" (Seventh Edition) discharge standards, and meet the following 4 conditions: one is that the body temperature has returned to normal for more than 3 days; the other is that the respiratory symptoms have improved significantly ; Third, lung imaging showed obvious absorption of inflammation; fourth, two consecutive respiratory pathogenic nucleic acid tests were negative (the sampling interval was at least 1 day), combined with the above clinical symptoms, signs, laboratory and imaging examination results, etc., approved by the State Council After a comprehensive assessment by the expert team on the joint prevention and control mechanism of the new crown pneumonia epidemic and the Xinjiang expert team, the follow-up follow-up and other rehabilitation management matters can be processed and discharged.   Confirmed patients who have been discharged from hospital and asymptomatic infections who have been released from medical observation will continue to have medical observation for no less than 14 days, and regular follow-up visits. For the rehabilitation of cured patients after discharge, a brief assessment of the patient’s symptoms, cardiopulmonary function endurance, physical fitness and daily activities is first required. For severe and critically ill patients, respiratory rehabilitation is required; for mild and common patients, some exercises to improve physical and mental health can be carried out gradually according to the situation.
