After investigation, the man Tang, from Huai'an, 55 years old this year, confessed that three bullets were given by the dormitory workers and planned to take them back to his hometown to use as planes. The police immediately contacted Tang's coworker Wang. According to Wang, the three bullets were picked up by himself and kept in the dormitory.

  According to the relevant provisions of the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China", the passenger was suspected of illegally carrying ammunition. The police imposed an administrative fine of 200 yuan on him and confiscated the ammunition he carried.
