A taxi driver said, "At first, I didn't know what was going on, and the passengers who were in the car thought, "I was hit by a car from behind." The white smoke was getting bigger and bigger. I think I had climbed up to about 100 meters. It's the first time I've ever had this kind of experience, and my body is still shaking," he said.
