According to the Japan Pension Service, the infection was confirmed by a staff member who was in charge of the contact at the Nerima Pension Office in Nerima-ku, Tokyo.

Employees haven't been working since 23rd of this month, and when they were working before that, they wore masks and had a splash-prevention sheet at the counter.

The Japan Pension Service wants to close the Nerima Pension Office from the 29th, disinfect the site, and then restart it.

During the closing period, we will set up a temporary window at the Ikebukuro Pension Office in Toshima-ku, Tokyo to accept documents and issue certificates.
