According to the Japan Road Traffic Information Center, the Tomei Expressway is closed by the vertical line between Shimizu Interchange and Fuji Interchange in Shizuoka Prefecture due to the heavy rain.
The Shin-Tomei Expressway is closed by the vertical line between the Shin-Shimizu Interchange and the Shin-Fuji Interchange.
The Shimizu connecting road connecting the Tomei Expressway and the Shin-Tomei Expressway is also closed.
