The German Nutrition Center reported that feeling cramps after drinking milk or eating dairy products indicates lactose intolerance, whose symptoms also include gases, bloating, embarrassing stomach sounds, constipation, diarrhea, nausea and vomiting, as well as headache and dizziness.

The center explained that lactose intolerance means the body's inability to break down lactose (milk sugar) in the small intestine.

And people who suffer from lactose intolerance should dispense with foods containing milk sugar continuously, otherwise their symptoms will attack them immediately after eating these foods.

Therefore, a gastroenterologist should be consulted when observing these symptoms after eating foods containing milk sugar, and adjusting the diet in case of verification of infection, in order to find suitable alternatives to these foods, so as not to disrupt the diet and the consequent malnutrition.
