The recordings should actually have started in August. But as the corona pandemic still involves a great deal of uncertainty and since the series is being filmed in several different places in Europe, the production company Sid Gentle Films has chosen to wait.
The premiere of the fourth season is scheduled for April 2021, but is now likely to be postponed.
"Killing Eve" is about the investigator Eve Polastri (Sandra Oh) and the professional killer Villanelle (Jodie Comer). The series is created by Phoebe Waller-Bridge and is based on the book "Codename Villanelle" by Luke Jennings.
In Sweden, "Killing Eve" has been shown on SVT and HBO Nordic.
