Jia Qinmin, member of the Party Committee and Deputy Director of the Hangzhou Municipal Public Security Bureau, reported at the press conference that according to Lai’s husband Xu XX, he was dissatisfied with Lai XX due to conflicts in family life. When a certain person was asleep, he was killed, and his body was divided and abandoned.
