According to the official Weibo news of the Liaoning Provincial Health Commission, from 0:00 to 24:00 on July 24, 2020, there were 9 newly confirmed cases of local new coronary pneumonia in Liaoning Province, all of which were reported by Dalian City. Those with symptomatic infection turned into confirmed cases, all of which were ordinary cases. There were 27 new cases of asymptomatic infection, of which 26 cases were reported in Dalian and 1 case was reported in Anshan. One newly imported confirmed case was cured and discharged from hospital.
As of 24:00 on July 24, the province has reported a total of 176 confirmed cases (including 33 imported from abroad), 159 were cured and discharged, 2 died, and 15 were treated in hospital. At present, there are still 37 cases of asymptomatic infections in isolation and treatment in designated hospitals.
