Rapper Juice WRLD - Zuma / Starface

Juice WRLD is part of the very closed circle of artists who have placed an album at the top of the Billboard 200 both during their lifetime and posthumously. Indeed, Legends Never Die , the posthumous album of the rapper who died in December, has just been placed at the top of the ranking, as was the case with his first album called Death Race for Love in March 2019.

Before him, only 8 artists had achieved this feat in the 64 years of existence of the famous American ranking. Not just anyone, since they are Michael Jackson, Elvis Presley, but also John Lennon, 2Pac, Johnny Cash, Ray Charles, Prince and finally XXXTentacion.

Gone too fast

Like XXXTentacion, another emo-trap prodigy, Juice WRLD died prematurely after a meteoric career.

The artist died at the age of 21 in December 2019 following an accidental overdose of opiates. A drama that brings his destiny closer to that of Prince, also the victim of a drug overdose in 2016.
