On July 24, the Information Office of Dalian Municipal People's Government held a press conference on epidemic prevention and control. According to Zhao Lian, deputy director of the Dalian Municipal Health Commission, from now on, people in the city will not leave Dalian unless necessary, and those who do need to leave Dalian must hold a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 7 days. At the same time, they are reminded to engage in refrigerated frozen meat and seafood. Practitioners in product companies or places should implement nucleic acid testing as soon as possible.
According to the notification:
1. Since July 6th, anyone who has been to Dalian Kaiyang World Seafood Co., Ltd. and its affiliated departments or has direct contact with the staff of the company, has been to two medium-risk areas in our city (Dalianwan Street, Ganjingzi District, West Workers' Village Community, Xianglujiao Street, Gang District) and citizens who have taken Metro Line 3, please take the initiative to report to the community and the unit immediately, and go to the nearest nucleic acid testing agency for nucleic acid testing as soon as possible;
2. From now on, people in the city will implement non-essential non-disconnection in principle, and those who really need to be disconnected must hold a certificate of negative nucleic acid test within 7 days;
3. Employers of enterprises or places of refrigerated and frozen meat and seafood shall implement nucleic acid testing as soon as possible.
