[Commentary] On July 23, Hong Kong National Committee of the Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference and vice chairman of the Hong Kong Sports Association and Olympic Committee, Huo Qigang, signed up for the 2020 Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Legislative Council general election to compete for seats in the functional groups of sports, performing arts, culture and publishing .

I, Qigang Fok, decided to run for the 2020 Legislative Council elections, and play in the sports, performing arts, culture and publishing sectors, which are the functional constituencies of this sector. I very much hope that the new platform of the Legislative Council can be used to inject some of my new ideas and ideas, and to lead the industry in a new direction in some new ways.
[Explanation] Huo Qigang said that the epidemic has been covering Hong Kong for more than 6 months and the industry is in a state of "distressed water".
