The person who was arrested again was Suichi Niwa (45), an unemployed worker at Ninomiya, Fukui City.

Niwa was arrested on the 29th of last month at the Ryugahana Dam in Sakai City, Fukui Prefecture for abandoning the body of a former colleague, Takuhiro Aoyagi (40), a lecturer in Fukui City.

Police proceeded with the investigation after Niwa allegedly made a statement that allegedly killed him, but said he had stabbed Aoyagi's chest and back with a knife in order to avoid repayment of his debt before dawn on the 28th of last month. , I was arrested again on May 22, for murder-robbery and violation of the gun sword law.

Police have not disclosed whether Niwa admitted the charges.
