The "bloody regime" rejoices. They put the squeeze on. Alexey Navalny announced the actual closure of the Anti-Corruption Fund *.
Navalny no longer has a favorite brainchild. Gone is the son, whom Alexey from a modest non-profit organization, over the years of hard work, turned into a personal profitable commercial enterprise selling plums for officials, deputies and businessmen.
Navalny's fund quickly grew out of shape and even outgrew its older brother - JSC "MMM", having managed to create an aura of holiness and purity around itself. It has become bad form in liberal circles to scold FBK and doubt the transparency of its work, in fact, as well as to be interested in the multimillion-dollar income of the unemployed Navalny, his fictitious education and the lawyer status that has fallen from the sky.
Tens of millions of rubles have passed through the accounts of FBK and its affiliated companies. The same number, if not more, ended up in FBK, bypassing legal routes (bitcoins flew in accurately after each new "investigation"). All the money deposited in the fund only formally belongs to FBK, in reality Navalny manages it at his discretion: he buys expensive things - clothes, gadgets, cars; continues to pay for the education of his eldest daughter in the United States and supports the family of the "repressed" brother Oleg.
FBK employees, receiving pennies, preferred to remain silent. In "the beautiful Russia of the future" everything will be rewarded for everything, Aleksey argued, forcing the provincial boys and girls, obsessed with the thoughts of the imminent collapse of the authoritarian regime, to harass their families.
Operators and editors of the fund, instead of new investigations day and night, were engaged in the video blog of Dasha Navalnaya, her father prophesied that she would become “the voice of a generation”. The lawyers erased all the letters on the keyboard, typing statements and claims to all state authorities and courts, demanding urgently to issue a foreign passport to the chief: Alexei soon gets tired and constantly needs a trip abroad. And it turned out - they achieved their goal: the passport was handed to Navalny almost in the presidential administration, after which Alexey and his family visited about ten countries, leaving in hotels and restaurants, according to some estimates, more than € 50 thousand - all from the FBK card.
The St. Petersburg branch of the foundation still fondly recalls Alexei's semi-secret private visit to the city. Navalny arrived with his wife and retinue. During the day, Muscovites walked around all the sights, and in the evening they invited Petersburgers howling for dinner at Roman Abramovich's restaurant in New Holland, a public space that can only be entered by standing in an impressive queue.
For the feast, Navalny, as always, paid with the FBK card, not hiding in the least at whose expense the evening banquet. The director of the fund, Ivan Zhdanov, prudently burned a check for several tens of thousands of rubles immediately after the transaction was approved. In the FBK report, the account is buried deep in the line “Other services and expenses”.
Until recently, the FBK managed to maneuver on the brink of the law and avoid large fines. The claim from Yevgeny Prigozhin for 88 million rubles was a blow below the belt for Navalny.
The fact that Alexei personally owes “Putin’s chef” 29 million, he naturally doesn’t care: “Nothing can be done about me and Sobol. The amount is huge, and I don't even see any reason to collect it. " Formally, the Navalny family has nothing, all the existing property has long been transferred to the trustees. But FBK's debt for the same tidy sum means the end of the sweet life of a fighter against corruption.
In the memorial service for the deceased fund, Navalny again hung noodles on the ears of the flock. His FBK was closed personally by Vladimir Putin, who was frightened by an imaginary “smart vote”. Yeah. For the second year now, Navalny has been running around with “smart voting”, convincing his children, his main adherents, that this is the only way (by voting, for example, for Sergei Furgal, accused of contract killings), can we defeat the damned United Russia.
In reality, "smart voting" does not affect anything, but in the regions, cunning branch coordinators, taking all the best from the patron's criminal talent, sell a new FBK chip, and, what is most mysterious, there are fools who are ready to pay (in the municipal elections in St. in "smart voting" it was possible only for 100 thousand rubles).
Navalny, admittedly, is the most diligent student of Mavrodi. For a whole year I have been diligently preparing for the closure of FBK. He emptied accounts, hid assets - not just like that, but in order to revive again and earn more. In May last year, in St. Petersburg, away from Moscow controllers, the Foundation for the Protection of Citizens' Rights was registered (the name was promised to be changed in the near future). According to the documents, the director of the organization is Olga Guseva, the former chief of Navalny's headquarters in the city, according to some rumors, the mistress of the director of the FBK Ivan Zhdanov - a girl, clearly, almost dear.
Zhdanov, in an interview with Dozhd, promised to build a new fund based on the old ones. Why not? New "investigations" are promised, which, of course, are impossible without new financial receipts. Announcing the closure of FBK, Navalny immediately suggested that donors not turn off their smartphones and make a monthly payment for a new legal entity (now the subscription brings Navalny, in his words, guaranteed 6 million rubles a month), and send, of course, more money - inflation in the country has not been canceled yet.
By changing the legal entity, Navalny hopes to evade responsibility and not pay Prigozhin anything. Great invented. It is also possible not to account for the recent vacation at a fashionable resort in the Kaliningrad region, for the wife's new SUV, which came from nowhere, and for all the rest of the money from the “zeroed” FBK account.
Mavrodi rose from hell for a moment and applauds loudly. A worthy change has grown.
