His Highness put forward five reasons that drive the UAE to take this exceptional trip, as the first Arab country to go to outer space, where His Highness stopped at the first reason, saying: “We will go to Mars because space programs are a gateway to science, and it is a gateway for building scientists, and we have no future without science. We have no future without knowledge. ”
The second reason: "We will go to Mars because we want to instill in our young men and women a new culture ... that nothing is impossible for the Emirates and the Emiratis ... and that if we resolve, we implement ... and if we dream, we achieve our dreams."
As for the third reason, it is "because we want our country to be at the forefront of the Arab scientific renaissance ... the journey of Mars is a message of hope for all Arabs ... that we can compete with the world in technology, science and knowledge ... and the UAE is today leading the Arab knowledge shift."
The fourth reason, which His Highness determined, is: “We will go to Mars because Mars is a means to a greater end. Our aim is not to build a probe and launch it. They complete building a person with his knowledge, knowledge, abilities and ambitions that reach the heavens. ”
His Highness summarized the fifth reason by saying: “We will go to Mars because we want to start a new journey in our country .. the journey of the next 50 years .. 50 years ago in the Emirates .. where we started from the desert of our country .. and we want the next 50 years to start from the desert of Mars. Because we are a people who knows the impossible ... and nothing can stand in front of our high ambitions. ”
