A story that dates
Mickey Rourke has a tenacious bitterness against his colleague, whom he revealed in 2019 in an interview in Italy for Live - Non è la d'Urso. At the time, he explained that on the set of Angel Heart , the thriller of Alan Parker released in 1987, Robert De Niro treated him with contempt and even refused to let him touch him for a scene that required physical contact between the two stars.
