At 8:32 am on July 20, in response to the National Defense Command, the Huaihe Wangjiaba sluice in Funan County, Fuyang City, Anhui Province opened the gate to release water, and the Mengwa flood storage area has started flood storage. This is the 16th flood storage since the completion of Mengwa. The Wangjiaba sluice is the only sluice on the Huaihe River that was dispatched by the National Defense President.
