American actress amp Herd revealed that she had previously feared that her husband, actor Johnny Depp, would kill her, according to a testimony presented Monday as part of a hearing to examine the defamation lawsuit filed by Depp against the popular newspaper "The Sun" in London.
The newspaper's defense agents cited Heard's name as a witness in the case against her from Deeb for describing him in April 2018 as a man who was beating his wife. The thirty-fourth actress accused Deeb of verbally and physically attacking her and making threats against her.
The lawsuit enters its third week, and in principle, the last in front of the London High Court.

Since their divorce in 2017, 15 months after Asif's marriage, Johnny Depp, 57, and actress amp Herd, 34, have traded violent charges. But in the divorce lawsuit, Hurd withdrew the charges of Deeb with violence, while the latter paid her seven million dollars that she donated to associations.
The British newspaper points out in its defense case, 14 incidents in which Deeb showed violence against Hurd, while the 57-year-old denies the accusations, and says that Hurd was the one who was violent with him.
Hurd's written testimony stated that these incidents "were so serious that I was afraid that he would kill me, if he intentionally or in case he lost control of himself."

In response to a question from the representative of actor Eleanor Luce, Hurd confirmed that she was subjected to periodic, persistent and repeated physical violence from Deep.
"He has explicitly threatened the times of tomorrow with my death, especially at the end of our relationship."
She added that he was responsible for his actions for what he calls "the monster" and "not to himself." "He was talking about the matter as if he was talking about another person or another person, as if it was not he who was doing all these things," she said.
