As of 24:00 on July 19, Chengdu had reported 206 confirmed cases, with a total of 197 discharges and 3 deaths. The remaining 6 cases of imported confirmed cases were being isolated for treatment in designated hospitals. There are currently 11 cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad in the city that are undergoing centralized isolation medical observation.
Currently, 379 close contacts in Chengdu are undergoing centralized isolation and medical observation.
Newly reported 3 cases of confirmed cases imported from abroad
Patient 1: Su Moumou, male, 20 years old, from Zunyi, Guizhou, traveled to the Philippines in October 2019, and later stayed in the area due to the epidemic. On July 16, 2020, he was tested for the nucleic acid of the new coronavirus in the local area, and the result was negative. On July 17, he took flight QD8661 from Manila, Philippines to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, and transferred to flight QD738. He arrived in Chengdu on July 18. When entering the country, the body temperature was normal and there was a cough symptom. After sampling, it was transferred to a designated hospital for isolation and observation. On July 19, due to a cough and a positive nucleic acid test of New Coronavirus, the diagnosis was confirmed, and he has been isolated for treatment at a designated hospital.
