Villefand clarified that with the advent of hot weather, a slight temperature change leads to an exacerbation of the cold front.
“After intense heat, consequences always ensue,” the weather forecaster added.
According to him, strong wind, rain and hail are expected in Kurgan, in the very south of Tyumen, in the north of Tomsk and Kemerovo regions.
