A total of 763 confirmed cases were reported, 7 died, and 756 were cured and discharged.
There were no new suspected cases imported from abroad in Shandong, and Yantai City reported 2 confirmed cases imported from the Philippines. A total of 33 confirmed cases imported overseas (including 1 critical case) were reported, and 29 cases were cured and discharged.
Jinan reported a case of asymptomatic infection imported from Saudi Arabia. Seven cases of asymptomatic infections (all imported from abroad) are being isolated for observation and treatment.
A total of 22,610 close contacts have been tracked, and 349 people are still undergoing medical isolation observation.
