Tomei Expressway Gotemba IC-Oi Matsuda IC Closed on the up line Accident July 16 8:58
According to the Road Traffic Information Center, the Tomei Expressway is closed from around 8:15 am on the up line between the Gotemba interchange in Shizuoka prefecture and the Oi Matsuda interchange in Kanagawa prefecture.
