And because Islamic law views self-protection as the second necessity of its five essentials after the necessity of religion, and since religion exists by the obligation of the obligatory person to fulfill its performance, the second necessity is to protect the soul from danger or harm, and therefore Islam has begun to offer its protection by performing religious obligations sometimes. Like someone who is forced to utter a word of disbelief, or to leave one of the obligatory prayers, or an action prohibited from prohibitions - except for killing oneself or fornication - even though such obligatory prayers may be narrow and indefatigable, leaving something that has the capacity to perform such as Hajj from a first chapter; This is because pilgrimage is required for indolence among many scholars, including the Shafi’i gentlemen, and this means that whoever did not perform it with his ability can not sin but die before he performs it, so he knows that he died iniquity, and his heirs will have to perform the pilgrimage for him from his legacy if it is his A legacy, and it is known that one of the conditions of being able to protect oneself is from harm as well as danger, so if he does not believe as in the case of people this year; Because this condition is not available, every person is afraid for himself and his family, and sin has been excluded from everyone because of the inability to do so, which is a condition that is obligatory.
