  According to reports, the 15 defendants include Li Zhiying, Li Zhuming, Yang Sen, He Junren and Shan Zhongkai. The four cases involved by the 15 defendants were four demonstrations on August 18, August 31, October 1, and October 20, 2019, and Li Zhiying involved three of them.

  According to reports, Li Zhiying, 72, currently has 5 criminal cases. In addition to the three unauthorized assembly mentioned above, he was also charged with inciting others to participate in unauthorized assembly on the 4th of last month. The defendant also included 12 people including Li Zhuoren, He Junren, and Cai Yaochang.

  Li Zhiying also involved a criminal intimidation case that occurred three years ago, accusing him of being near a music kiosk in Victoria Park, Causeway Bay on June 4, 2017, threatening a reporter who said he would cause personal injury , Intending to shock the reporter. Li was granted bail of HK$4,000 in the case, but was not allowed to leave Hong Kong during the bail. Although Li repeatedly asked the court to revoke the bail conditions prohibiting him from leaving Hong Kong, they were rejected by the court. The case is scheduled to be heard in West Kowloon Court on August 19.
