  In April 2020, the Anti-drug Brigade of the Public Security Bureau of Songzi City found at work that Humou, who had long-term rent in Jingzhou City, engaged in drug trafficking activities. On May 22nd and 23rd, the Jingzhou Public Security Bureau and Songzi City Public Security Bureau mobilized more than 30 police officers to act simultaneously in Jingzhou, Yunnan and other places, arresting more than 20 drug abusers and confiscating the drug methamphetamine on the spot 3.275 kg.

  The Jingzhou police found that behind the local drug trafficking activities, there was a drug gang entrenched in the border area between Yunnan and Myanmar that had been supplying China for a long time. After obtaining reliable clues, on May 29, Jingzhou Public Security and Yunnan Police organized a joint special class to capture the gang leader Chen Mou at the China-Myanmar border. On June 30, a joint special class cross-border Myanmar, captured and repatriated another principal criminal Zhou.
