What to do:
Grate a small piece of ginger and put it in a bowl. Pour two cups of hot water into the bowl with two tablespoons of cinnamon powder.
Leave the mixture for some time. Then a piece of cloth is soaked in the solution and squeezed out the excess water and placed on the foot.
This process can be repeated for at least 10-15 minutes three times a day.
