In response to the fact that the “Hunan University of Arts and Sciences student identity information was used fraudulently”, the Wuling Branch of the Public Security Bureau of Changde City issued a preliminary verification report on its WeChat public account “Wuling Public Security” on the 13th. According to the report, it is true that the identity information of some students of Hunan University of Arts and Sciences has been fraudulently used, and the public security organ is thoroughly investigating the reasons.
According to the report, after the incident of fraudulent use of student identity information of Hunan University of Arts and Sciences, the Changde Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government attached great importance to it and demanded thorough investigation and serious handling. The Wuling Branch of the Public Security Bureau of Changde City immediately intervened in the investigation.
The report pointed out that it is true that some student identity information of Hunan University of Arts and Sciences was fraudulently used in the process of uploading and importing the system data of the Municipal Administrative Approval Service Bureau. It has not been found that the identity information of the students involved in Hunan University of Arts and Sciences was used for illegal and criminal activities. The public security organ is thoroughly investigating the reasons for the fraudulent use of identity information, and in conjunction with relevant departments to clean up and rectify the problem data, and will strictly hold accountable for violations of laws and regulations.
