Nagasaki City announced that a male medical worker in his twenties living in the city and working at Nagasaki University Hospital was confirmed to be newly infected with the new coronavirus.
Only 31 people were confirmed to have been infected in Nagasaki prefecture, except for the crew of a cruise ship anchored at Nagasaki Port.
Nagasaki University Hospital will hold a conference at 10 am on the 15th.
