After investigation, Shao Mouneng, born in 1977, was born in Xiangshui, Jiangsu Province. He was sentenced in 2010 for theft and was sentenced to 18 years in prison for robbery with others in 2011. Afterwards, the two men successively explained the criminal fact that they took a bus from their hometown to Nantong on the day of the incident and found the target along the road, then went to Qian Mou to open a hair salon.
