A week after the end of his popular Saturday night show, the host of France 2 has strangled his producer Catherine Barma in the columns of "M", the supplement for "Le Monde", this weekend. He denounces his "rude, venal, pathetic" behavior.

Fans of We're Not Lying said goodbye to the show more than a week ago. Behind the scenes, it's time to settle scores after 14 seasons of France 2's flagship program, led by Laurent Ruquier. Remained discreet until then, the host now does not mince words about his producer, Catherine Barma.

"Rude, venal, pathetic" behavior

In  M , the World Weekend Supplement , Laurent Ruquier describes the behavior of the woman with whom he has always collaborated on the public service chain in these words: "rude, venal, pathetic". "She asks me to share the cost of dismissing a plethora of staff whom I have never asked to be hired, except three of them! She even makes members of her family work!", Denounces he.

For his last broadcast, on July 4, Laurent Ruquier did not have a word for his producer. "I would like to thank Coco, who has been making up for years, and Fred Assayag, who will be editing this night for this show. See you very soon, on France 2, of course," he soberly concluded ... Deliberately , he confides in Le Monde . "I would have liked to be able to say thank you to him. His hypocrisy, his cowardice, his venality prevent me from doing so," he said. And to threaten: "If it wishes that one day justice gets involved, we will settle that in the courts".
