In recent days, due to continuous heavy rainfall, a 200-meter break in the embankment of Caiyan Village, Kaotian River, Huangmei County, Hubei Province. More than 1,000 officers and men of a brigade of airborne troops rushed to the scene in an emergency. Because the soil is soft and inconvenient to carry out construction machinery operations, the officers and men adopted artificial flow operations, first constructing the framework of the flood dike, and then filling sandbags.
