  At 15:00 on July 11, the water level of Datong Station on the main stream of the Yangtze River was 15.82 meters, exceeding the warning level of 1.42 meters; Chaohu Zhongmiao Station was 10.91 meters, exceeding the warning level of 0.41 meters; the water level of Xinhezhuang Station of Shuiyangjiang River was 13.30 meters, and the guaranteed level was 0.3 meters.

  The circular requires all departments at all levels in Anhui to maintain a high degree of alertness and slack, and to take full advantage of the flood relief and rescue forces to ensure the flood control safety of key targets such as the main embankments of the Yangtze River, towns, and important estuaries, and to ensure the threat of mountain geological disasters, low-standard estuaries, and Jiangxinzhou. Personnel in high-risk areas such as the Bund Polder and the reservoir flood-affected area are transferred in advance to avoid risks and insist on winning the hard battle of flood control and flood relief.
