The trial of the Taiyuan Intermediate Court found that from 2001 to 2017, the defendant Zhang Jiehui successively used as mayor of the People’s Government of Anshan City in Liaoning Province, secretary of the CPC Anshan City Committee, deputy governor of the People’s Government of Hebei Province, and deputy director of the Standing Committee of the Hebei Provincial People’s Congress.
