If you download the "contact confirmation application" to a smartphone, the data of the other party will be recorded when the smartphone that also contains the application approaches for more than 15 minutes and within 1 meter.
When a person who has been confirmed to be infected enters the processing number issued by the public health center into the app, the contact person is notified, but according to the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, there is a bug that cannot be registered even if it is entered.
The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare has decided not to issue the processing number after 11 days until the defect is fixed, during which contact notification regarding people with confirmed infection will not be given.
