Then Huang Moumou was pulled into a stock recommendation WeChat group, click on the link in the group to enter the online platform, understand the stock and analyze the market situation by the "instructor".
According to the lecture introduction, Huang Moumou bought a few stocks and found that the increase was indeed obvious. Later, the group recommended another APP, and the stock was also in an uptrend in the initial period of use, but the subsequent transactions suffered heavy losses until Huang Moumou discovered that he was defrauded and lost a total of 2.6 million yuan.
After receiving the alarm, the Dongying police set up a special task force. After in-depth investigation and judgment on the capital flow and information flow involved, the police went to Guangdong to start the net collection operation. On June 12, 2020, the suspected scam criminal gang was successfully eliminated.
After investigation, since 2019, the criminal gang has established fraud dens in Malaysia and Shenzhen, Chengdu, China and other places, using the Internet to buy stock investment information, and the criminal suspects have played "finance lecturers" and "interested in investment finance". "Group members" and other roles, and there are scripts of words, which are constantly touted in the group by "finance lecturers", and each WeChat group is controlled by 6 to 7 gang members.
