According to the person in charge of the scenic spot, since the 34th national lotus exhibition opened on June 20, there have been three strains of lotus in the scenic spot. At present, Guangzhou Panyu Lianhuashan Tourist Area plans to apply the seven-ice water lily to the Guinness World Records official certification, and plans to invite experts to make the seven-ice water lily as a plant specimen.

According to the person in charge of the Lotus Mountain Scenic Area in Panyu, Guangzhou, the seven-necked water lily is a flower stem with seven complete corollas, six of which are distributed 360 degrees in a spherical shape, clustered around the middle corolla. The female parent of this seven-necked water lily is "little baby", which has bright colors and fragrance, and belongs to the small water lily variety.

According to a lotus expert, the phenomenon of the combination of lotus and lotus in the water lily is not replicable, it cannot be inherited, and it cannot be artificially cultivated. The appearance of this phenomenon is random and is related to the influence of the environment, climate, soil, and internal factors.
