Emmanuelle Devos in “Les Parfums” by Grégory Magne - Pyramide distribution

  • If there are no American blockbusters in theaters this summer, French comedies are legion.
  • Humor caustic or sophomoric for adults, teens, children or the whole family: 20 Minutes selected eight best movies of the summer to smile again.

We really need to laugh this summer and the cinema has everything we need to stimulate our zygomatics. Not all films practice the same humor and are not suitable for all audiences. 20 Minutes therefore drew on his favorite bursts of laughter and laughter to select eight essential comedies of the summer.

"Les Parfums" makes you smell good!

Les Parfums de Grégory Magne unites Emmanuelle Devos and Grégory Montel around a little-known profession. "Nose" for perfumer, the heroine has a flair for creating fragrances, less for leading her life. We breathe fantasy in the company of this duo with joyful duels. (Already in theaters since July 1).

"Simply black" makes the gray cells work

Jean-Pascal Zadi, author and actor of Tout simply noir , co-signs this fake documentary that looks at the condition of blacks in France today. He gathers stars around him for a hilarious fantasy as virulent against racism as carrying a united message. (Released July 8).

Impressed by #Toutsimplementnoir.

The documentary side has its limits, but the writing is really canon.

Everyone gives it to their heart (Lucien Jean-Baptiste brothel) while scraping well as it should the hexagonal identity questions.

"The Marguerite Adventure" takes you back in time

Two teenagers swap places in L'Aventure des Marguerite , a tale by Pierre Coré. One leaves 2020 for 1914 and the other replaces it in France today. Discoveries that will do them a lot of good, just like the public also carried away in their incredible family adventures. (Released July 14).

In #LAventureDesMarguerite, Marguerite lives in 1942, Margot in 2020. And they will swap places!

Do you prefer the style of 1942 or that of 2020?

"Adorable" makes his parents love

The arguments of a mother played by Elsa Zybzerstein with her 14 year old daughter go into a spin in Adorables by Solange Cicurel. "Have you got it?" »Makes teens love

Under this not very sexy title, Adeline Picault hides a rather fine study of the flirting and the sexuality seen by not really rascal teenagers. Ramzy Bedia and Vincent Macaigne camp adults as badly as they do kids. Very successful, did you catch it? is as funny as it is well observed. (Released July 29).

"Toto's jokes" makes schoolchildren love

The jokes of Toto  by Pascal Bourdiaux is far better than his poster. Designed for younger spectators, this delirium is inspired by the comics of Thierry Coppée. "Nana and the girls by the sea" makes people love the Internet

In Nana and the girls by the sea , Patricia Bardon plays with the game of love and chance between virtual meetings on the Internet and close combat on the beach. The subtlety of the approach between absurd and reality makes this fantasy a delicately atypical gem. To discover absolutely. (Released August 12).

🔵 It is on August 12 that the seaside comedy that #PatriciaBardon shot at Le Crotoy will be released on the big screen: "Nana and the Girls by the Sea". A funny farandole of bodies looking for and hearts to take, to the rhythm of clicks on the internet and songs of #Arno pic.twitter.com/ORrafTdd21

"Huge" makes children love

It is not easy to accept pregnancy when you do not want a child and your husband has given you a baby on your back. Enormous Sophie Letourneur torpedo many received ideas on the maternal instinct by relying on the duo Marina Foïs and Jonathan Cohen. Fierce humor to console himself for the start of the new school year. (Released September 2).
