Some sections of gravel and trees occupied one side of the road, and only one-sided vehicles were allowed to pass through. In Shiban Village, Tongcun’s roads were temporarily interrupted by landslides. The personnel going to the rescue can only detour or walk from the Panshan Trail to the scene to rescue.
