Singer Nakjun (27, Bernard Park), the winner of Season 3 of'K-Pop Star', will complete the military service on the 27th.

According to officials of the song, Nakjun is a soldier on the 14th coming to the military's anti-corona 19 defense policy and is expected to roll out on the 27th without returning to the unit after his last vacation.

It is said that Nakjun joined the 22nd Division Recruitment Training Battalion, located in Goseong, Gangwon-do, in December 2018, and served in the division's military band.

The reason why the news from all over the country was even more welcoming is that Nakjun, a native of Korean Americans, gave up on the opportunity to acquire citizenship in the United States where his family moved and lived.

Nakjun is said to have steadily prepared a military enlistment plan to fulfill his defense duties. In the future, Nakjun will continue to be a singer in Korea.

After winning the'K-Popstar Season 3', Nakjun replaced the name of Nakjun Park from his real name, Park Nak-jun, instead of Bernard Park in 2018.

Previously, Nakjun promised to the fans at the fan meeting before joining the army, "I'll come back in a better shape. I will try to make more places to be with fans after the discharge, and become a long-running singer."

Nakjun released his debut album'I' in 2014, followed by'That' in 2017, and has been loved by fans with a sweet and sincere voice through the'Still' album before joining the military.
