China News Service, July 6 (Xinhua) According to the official Weibo news of the Guangdong Provincial Health and Welfare Committee, there were no new confirmed cases in Guangdong Province from 0 to 24 July. Two new cases of asymptomatic infections imported from abroad were reported by Guangzhou from the United Kingdom. They were found at the port of entry and were isolated and observed after entry.
As of 24:00 on July 5, Guangdong Province has reported a total of 1,643 confirmed cases of new coronary pneumonia (248 cases imported overseas). There are currently 4 cases in the hospital.
