Recently, a special flying ceremony was held in Haitumu Lake, Bayan Mang, Keyouzhong Banner, Inner Mongolia. The Horqin National Nature Reserve Administration and Forest Public Security Bureau provided three national-level protected red-crowned cranes for the recent rescue. After wearing the ring and satellite tracker, the three red-crowned cranes returned to nature and returned to the blue sky.

The three red-crowned cranes were discovered by local herders more than 20 days ago. At that time, the three red-crowned cranes were in abnormal condition and could not fly. The Forest Public Security Bureau of the Horqin National Nature Reserve Administration quickly organized police and ambulance personnel to go to the rescue and promptly sent to the rescue center for observation and treatment. After 14 days of careful treatment and feeding by the staff of the ambulance center, the three red-crowned cranes gradually recovered their physical strength and were able to survive in the wild.

With the improvement of the grassland ecological environment in Keyouzhong Banner, the number and types of migratory birds in transit in the jurisdiction are becoming more and more abundant. Since 2015, the Forest Public Security Bureau of Korqin National Nature Reserve has rescued more than 40 birds of various types in the wild, including 7 red-crowned cranes, which are national-level protected animals.
