Relatives and friends of Yu Lan, including famous performing artist Tian Hua, Tie Ning, chairman of the China Federation of Literary Actors, actors Li Xuejian, Ge You, etc., entered the auditorium in order, bowed to Yu Lan’s body three times, and dedicated his life to this Artists from the Chinese film industry bid farewell.

  On the same day, Tian Hua insisted on seeing his best friend at the age of 92 and talked about everything he had experienced with Yu Lan since the War of Resistance Against Japan.   As Tian Hua said, Yu Lan's life was accompanied by movies. Born in 1921, she came to Yan'an at the age of 17 to become a drama actor. In 1949, she starred in her first film "White Soldier". After that, a series of big screen roles became the artist's best life footnote.   Yu Lan devoted himself to the Chinese children's film business in her later years. In 1981, at the age of 60, she was appointed to form the Beijing Children's Film Studio (later the China Children's Film Studio) as the first director, and later founded the Chinese Children The Juvenile Film Society and the creation of the China International Children’s Film Festival paved the way for the research and international exchange of children’s films.
